Refunds

Faulty products are eligible for a return. Please contact us on mail@nielsenauto.dk, if you wish to return your product. The product must be unused and in original packaging. You must make use of your refund within 30 days from the day where you received your product. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the charged amount will automatically be refunded to your bank account, within 14 days from we have received your return.

Buyer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
